Reforming Fatherhood

Your real legacy is forged at home.

Helping Christian business leaders build households that outlive them.

Because the greatest legacy you'll ever build isn't your business. It's your household.

The marketplace taught you how to build a business. Nobody taught you how to build a household.

Private mentorship for serious Christian fathers who lead in business.

The Idea

The home is the one organization most successful men were never trained to lead.

Every father is building a household. Most are simply building one by default.

Few have ever been shown how to build one intentionally.

Section 01 — The Problem

Why successful men struggle at home.

Business taught you how to build organizations. No one taught you how to build a household.

You've learned to cast vision. Build systems. Lead meetings. Hold people accountable. But almost none of those tools were ever translated into your home.

The Root

Reactive fatherhood isn't one of your problems. It's the operating mode producing all the others.

Section 02 — The Enemy

Meet Reactive Fatherhood.

Reactive fatherhood is not one symptom. It is the disease. The marriage problems. The distracted evenings. The inconsistent discipline. The lack of vision. The drifting children — these are symptoms.

Culture will always disciple what fathers leave unbuilt.

A Meditation

Nothing enduring appears by accident.

Cathedrals Universities Churches Great companies Strong civilizations

Someone imagined them.

Someone sacrificed for them.

Someone patiently built them.

Your household is no different.

Every ordinary Tuesday is laying another stone.

Every repeated conversation is shaping its culture.

Every rhythm is becoming tradition.

The only question is whether those things are happening by intention… or by default.

Whatever fathers fail to build, culture will.

The Blueprint

Every household is built to a plan. Most fathers were handed none.

Healthy households aren't assembled. They're built — one faithful layer at a time. The framework is timeless, not merely a seven-step process.

The Law of the House

The household cannot become what the father refuses to become.

The Mentorship

You don't leave with more information. You leave a different kind of father.

Over eight weeks, you stop leading from urgency, mood, and good intentions. You build the clarity, rhythms, and steadiness to lead your household on purpose. The frameworks matter—but only because they help form the man your family can trust and follow.

Small by Design

Four Fathers. One Mentorship.

We intentionally mentor only four fathers at a time.

Not to create artificial exclusivity.

Because meaningful transformation requires honest conversation, personal coaching, and accountability.

You'll be known by name.

Your household will be known.

Your progress will be known.

This isn't a program you disappear into. It's a mentorship built around real relationships and real implementation.

How the Mentorship Works

Eight weeks. One household. One faithful direction.

Eight weeks. A small group of serious Christian fathers. One clear objective: build the man and the household together.

Each week combines biblical formation, practical household leadership, direct coaching, and implementation inside your real life. You won't be asked to pile another program onto an already full schedule.

Instead, you'll identify the minimum effective inputs that create meaningful change, reorder the time you already have, and install rhythms your family can actually sustain.

01

Weekly Live Coaching

Biblical teaching, direct coaching, practical implementation, and live problem-solving with fathers walking the same road.

02

Small Cohort Accountability

A serious group of fathers who know what you committed to, challenge drift, celebrate progress, and help you stay faithful between sessions.

03

Household Dashboard

A simple scorecard tracking the handful of indicators that reveal whether your leadership, marriage, rhythms, and family life are actually improving. Progress becomes visible.

04

Minimum Effective Inputs

Identify the smallest faithful actions capable of producing the greatest long-term change. Avoid unnecessary complexity. Focus on what moves the household forward.

05

Reorder, Don't Add

The goal is not to add another program to your calendar. It is to reorder the time, attention, and energy already shaping your household every day.

06

A Working Household Blueprint

Leave with clear direction, installed rhythms, measurable priorities, and a practical blueprint for continuing long after the eight weeks end.

The Working Principle

Reorder your time. Don't add to your schedule.

Designed for Christian fathers already carrying significant responsibility who want to lead their households with greater clarity, consistency, and faithfulness—without abandoning their work or creating another unsustainable commitment.

A Story of Faithful Change

Thomas kept going all in. Then he learned how to keep going.

Thomas knew what to do. He had listened to the podcasts, learned about healthy living, and made the promises. Whenever the frustration became strong enough, he would go all in—five days in the gym, a strict diet, big goals, complete commitment.

Then, after a week, he would crash.

Each failed attempt left him with less energy, less confidence, and less credibility than before.

His marriage was reaching its breaking point. He and his wife were living beside one another more than with one another. She had heard his promises too many times to trust that this attempt would be different.

His children did not listen to him—and Thomas understood why.

“I wasn't a man of my word. So how could they follow me?”

What changed was not another surge of intensity. Thomas stopped trying to transform everything overnight. He began building small, consistent habits—daily rhythms tied to a larger vision for his family.

The change looked unimpressive at first.

But it held.

He trained. He read his Bible. He took responsibility. He began asking his wife how she was doing and how he could lead better. He stopped making dramatic promises and started quietly living differently.

Over time, the results compounded. Thomas lost 40 lbs. But he says that was not the greatest change.

His wife began trusting and respecting his leadership again. At a birthday party, she spoke so openly about the change in him that a friend called Thomas afterward to tell him what she had said.

His children began copying what they saw. They played at eating healthy. They noticed him reading Scripture and training early in the morning—not occasionally, but consistently.

Thomas did not become perfect. He became faithful.

“I started—and I stayed consistent.”

That consistency began changing the atmosphere of his home.

Thomas's story is not about one dramatic breakthrough. It is about what happens when faithful actions are repeated long enough to become a life.

YOUR GUIDE

For years I was trained to lead.

As an Army Ranger serving in the special operations community, and later helping build venture-backed software companies, I (Chris Cirullo) learned how healthy organizations are intentionally built. Everywhere I went there were systems, blueprints, mentors, and proven frameworks.

Then I'd come home.

I loved my wife. I loved my children. I genuinely wanted to become a great husband and father.

But I realized something that humbled me.

No one had ever really taught me how to intentionally build a household.

I knew how to lead teams. I didn't know how to lead a family in the deeply practical, biblical way Scripture describes.

That realization sent me on a journey of studying Scripture, testing ideas in my own household, walking alongside hundreds of fathers, and refining what eventually became Reforming Fatherhood.

Today my mission is simple:

Help Christian fathers build households that outlive them.

THE BOTTLENECK

Your Household Has a Bottleneck

Find Your Household Bottleneck

Every household has one area where a small change creates disproportionate impact. You don't need to overhaul your entire life. You need clarity about where to begin.

During your Household Diagnostic, we'll examine your leadership, marriage, family rhythms, and household culture to identify the one bottleneck that's limiting your leadership at home.

Whether or not the mentorship is the right next step, you'll leave with greater clarity, a practical diagnosis, and one faithful next step.

Book My Household Diagnostic

One conversation. One diagnosis. One faithful next step.
